What is an Open House Fun Bus Tour?
It's a low-stress, fun and informative way of viewing featured Open Houses.
Along with enjoying refreshments along the way, you will glide along in a modern Discovery Tour bus throughout Santa Cruz County stopping off at approximately
10-12 homes and/or condominiums.
Whether you're just looking for a fun Saturday afternoon outing, would like to know more about the Santa Cruz real estate market and current conditions, or are considering the purchase of a principal, vacation or investment property, come join us! Unlike going to an Open House alone, you can leave your maps at home ... you just sit back, relax, and we handle the details. We've previewed each home and provide you with a detailed information packet highlighting each home's features, as well as an on-bus mini-presentation highlighting up-to-date information on each neighborhood, current market trends and a complete flyer for each home prior to arrival. We'll also enjoy refreshments and prize giveaways along the way!
Each tour will showcase properties in various price ranges (i.e., under $600K or over $600K), and if you know me, you know that this will not be a high pressure, buy now, type of event.
Special Note for Parents: These tours are best enjoyed by adults and are not recommended for children under 12. Your informational packets are yours to keep, and we recommend the bus tours as a fun way of previewing homes, and later returning with your children to those homes you're most interested in sharing. Your children will thank you!
